In Guatemala, before going to bed, children tell one worry to each doll and then put the dolls under the pillows. When they wake up in the morning, the worries are gone.
I love this idea for the worrying child. And the dolls are so cute.

Such a super cheap, and fun idea! I think this idea is a great way to help children, while they are still young, a way to handle their fears and worries.
