I haven't read the sequel- my sister didn't like it very much. Maybe I'll have to give them a try this summer.Karahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10901363455570305870noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3276238247046197904.post-29764933878141121652009-06-11T11:36:04.059-07:002009-06-11T11:36:04.059-07:00This set has made the rounds in my family! I also read Sarah's Quilt and thought it was just ok, and only made it through half of The Star Garden. Neither could compete with These is my Words.Nancyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09546836612184965900noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3276238247046197904.post-9336223709558320152009-06-11T07:44:54.243-07:002009-06-11T07:44:54.243-07:00I blogged about this, right? I read Sarah's Quilt (borrowed it from Sister Farley) and I bought the Star Garden... if you need to borrow that one, I own the first and the third. I didn't think that I would like a story about a Pioneer woman, but this book was so touching, and heart wrenching. Try not to think about it too much (as if...) while you are on the trek!!Nikkihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17763785736881340751noreply@blogger.com
